Simple. Just click our 'Book a Tour' button on the website, and follow the steps to select your preferred tour and date. The simply select the quantity of riders and pay by card. You will receive a confirmation via email and a whatsapp/email/text message closer to the time to confirm meeting details.
We provide 3rd party liability, and public liability insurance for the bikes, which means that you will covered for the tour
We do not take a cash deposit, nor do we action a credit card block deposit.
Fully Charged eBikes will require your valid ID (passport or driving licence) as security against damage, theft and non-return, as part of our Terms and Conditions. We will ask for this information to be sent to us via whatsapp or email or shown to our tour guide on the day of tour at the meeting point. A photograph will be taken of the document.
You can cancel upto 10 hours prior to the agreed meeting time of 10.00hours for any of the regular tours. Private Bookings require 24 hours pior notice, and Corporate Events require 48 hours prior notice.
If the cancellation is due to a medical, health or other circumstance which was unavoidable, or urgent, our team will be happy to discuss and assess a full refund if given late notice.
If our team decide to cancel the event at late notice due to poor weather conditions, a full refund will be given.
Yes. Agreeing to the terms and conditions at the checkout counts as you signing the Waiver and agreeing to all of our poilcies. You must be 18 or over to tick the checkbox and order an eBike. Under 18's can be members of the group but cannot place the online order.
1. As with all forms of bike, they are safe provided you observe correct usage and safety procedures.
2. eBikes are heavier that traditional bicycles, and you may need to acclimatise to the slight diffrence in the weight and handling.
3. Assisted speeds are limited to 25kmp/h on our bikes, as part of EU regulation.
You will be given a full briefing by our tour guide at the meeting point.
All our guides are polite, courteous and will ensure the comfort and safety of all riders and accomodate to all.
Yes. The minimum age to ride the eBike is 14 years old. However you must be 18 or over to place the order for the eBike. The is no maximum age.
Yes. The maximum weight of the rider cannot exceed 125kg on our electric bikes.
We have a variety of meeting points and our tours are typically a loop format, ensuring we end up at the original meeting point.
We only provided guided tours with all our programmes.
1. Before riding one eBikes, you will be briefed by our friendly staff, who will instruct and advise how to use and ride an eBike safely. Each ebike will have been sanitised, and we carry out a 20 point check before each use to ensure key functions of the ebike are in good working order.
2. You will be requested to wear a cycle helmet, and suitable clothing.
3. Please inform yourself of the on-the-road regulations in Portugal, traffic signals, and observe courtesy with other cyclists and pedestrians on the cycle paths.
4. Keep a safe distance between bikes when cycling, and ensure children (if they are travelling with you) are securely fastened into child seats and trailers.
5. Be respectful and careful where you stop and park the bike, to avoid any potential 3rd party obstruction or injury, or injury to yourself.
6. Carry a face mask and sanitising gel as it may be required.
7. We advise carrying ample water to avoid dehydration, and a supply of sun lotion to protect againt the sunshine.
